Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can pursue healing and growth while feeling supported. I work with adults experiencing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I like to treat each client with individualized care and create a collaborative relationship. I have specialized training in trauma. It is my belief that nothing is too small or too big to work on in counseling. If something is bothering you, it is important.

What you can expect from me

My first goal is to help you feel supported and comfortable in telling your story and exploring your concerns and struggles. Seeking out counseling is not always an easy choice, but I use a genuinely warm and inviting approach to help make it easier. I offer in person or Telehealth, depending on what works best for you.
