Great to meet you!

Today, more than ever It is more important to be mindful and live in the present. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience. I am warm, non-judgement and passionate about building positive relationships with my clients. In a comfortable and safe space, whether through telehealth or in person, my clients experience growth and positive change.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, families and couples who are coping with life stressors such as changing roles, Covid, anxiety, depression, parenting, loss, aging parents, health issues and more. Focusing on my clients strengths, I use modalities such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help others develop coping skills that promote health and wellness.

What you can expect from me

My clients build a trusting relationship with me that enables them to share their story and feel a sense of relief. I teach techniques that promote mindfulness as well as give ideas for building and practicing coping skills after each session.
