I have 9+ years of experience working with Neurodivergent individuals, those who experience ADHD, attachment wounds, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors.

I know that no one single approach is right for everyone, therefore I utilize a client-centered approach while incorporating therapeutic interventions rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment theory, Play therapy, and Brainspotting to promote healing and personal empowerment.
