I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. I graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2021 with advanced training in psychiatric mental health care. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, respected and heard. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health conditions that can affect daily life and overall-wellbeing.

My approach is compassionate, individualized, and collaborative. I take the time to understand not only your symptoms, but also your experiences, goals, concerns and what is important to you. Together, we'll explore treatment options and develop a plan that fits your needs and your life. I believe effective care is a partnership, and I want you to feel informed, comfortable and involved in every step of you care.

Your first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you. We'll discuss what brought you in and what you hope to accomplish. We'll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, mediations, overall health, and other factors that may have an impact on how you are feeling. There is no judgement and no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet. By the end of the first session, we'll work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
