Great to meet you!

Mental health care should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation.

I believe the best outcomes happen when patient's feel heard, respected, and are actively involved in their treatment. My approach involves a team approach and is honest and hands on. I take the time to understand the whole person —not just a diagnosis— so we can create a treatment plan that fits your goals, values, and lifestyle.

You are the expert on your life. I’m the expert on mental health. The best care happens when we combine both.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or life transitions, we’ll work together to find solutions that make sense for you. My role is to provide guidance, education, and evidence-based treatment while empowering you to take an active role in your mental wellness journey.

Patients often describe me as approachable, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe trust is built through listening, transparency, and showing up consistently for the people I serve.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I want us to get to know one another and to answer any questions you may have. We will talk about what your goals are and treatment options that align with those goals. This may include what you have tried in the past, medication management, learning coping strategies, or follow-up recommendations. By the end of the session we’ll work together to find solutions that make sense for you.

My role is to provide guidance, education, and evidence-based treatment while empowering you to take an active role in your mental wellness journey. You are the expert on your life. I’m the expert on mental health. The best care happens when we combine both.
