Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience supporting children and families, I provide a warm, supportive, and practical approach to counseling. My background includes Early Intervention and school-based counseling, where I developed a passion for helping children build emotional and behavioral skills while strengthening family relationships.

I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and work with children as young as age 2. I strive to create an encouraging environment where children and parents feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for lasting growth and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Together, we identify meaningful goals, build on existing strengths, and develop practical tools that support growth, confidence, and lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation focused on understanding what is bringing their child or family to therapy and what they would like to see change. The first session is about getting to know the child and family, discussing current concerns, and beginning to identify goals together. Time is also spent answering questions about the therapy process so parents feel informed, supported, and confident in the next steps.
