Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult step. I am committed to creating a warm and supportive space for you to begin your healing journey. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful therapy approach for working through traumatic experiences that can be effective for a range of mental health concerns. I received my Master's education at Rider University with additional trauma-focused training at Liberty University and EMDR Consulting.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning that I prioritize your needs and goals throughout the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively to identify and address areas of struggle. I will use evidence-based interventions that are tailored to your unique situation. I believe in the importance of creating a strong therapeutic alliance between us. I establish a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel more empowered, understood, and equipped with tools to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a more adaptive and effective way. You will also receive support in building and strengthening relationships, improving your self-esteem, and developing a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. Ultimately, you can expect to experience positive changes in mental health, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
