Great to meet you!

Sometimes life is so overwhelming, and we just need someone who will listen and not judge. Hi, my name is Carrie, and I would like to be that person for you. I am here to help you navigate the feelings that come from being overwhelmed and stressed out by life and all life's responsibilities. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable, so you can then address what is bothering you, with the goal of your feeling better. I have worked collaboratively with clients for 27 years, and I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), Active Listening, and Validation, I specialize in working with individuals, ages 18 and up. I have experience working with people who experience anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, life transitions, chronic illness & end of life issues.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a thorough inquiry into the primary problem that brings you to therapy, and a thorough review of life and life experiences in order to gain a sense of what you have experienced, how you are feeling, and where you want to go.
