Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, with 7 years of clinical experience working with adults in complex, high-acuity settings. I specialize in working with adults navigating serious mental health challenges — including mood disorders like bipolar disorder — and I'm not someone who shies away from the hard stuff. I work exclusively via telehealth, so you can connect with me from wherever you feel most at ease.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, partnership-oriented approach to therapy — I see us as a team working toward your goals. I believe therapy doesn't have to stop when our session ends, so I often use structured tools and homework to help you carry insights into your everyday life. When additional support is needed, like medication management, I'm comfortable coordinating with other providers to make sure you have everything you need.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really a conversation — I want to hear what's brought you to therapy, what you've been navigating, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll ask about your history and your goals, but I'm not here to run through a checklist. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling genuinely heard and with a clear sense of where we're headed together.
