Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing patterns that no longer feel sustainable. My background includes crisis work, group facilitation, and working with individuals facing high levels of stress and emotional intensity.
I believe therapy should feel human, grounded, and collaborative. Many of the people I work with are insightful, self-aware, and used to holding everything together for everyone else, but still find themselves stuck in repeating cycles, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, or disconnection from themselves.
My style is direct, compassionate, and practical. I value curiosity over judgment and work to create a space where clients can explore patterns honestly without feeling shamed or pathologized. I especially enjoy helping clients build emotional awareness, stronger boundaries, nervous system regulation skills, and a deeper understanding of how past experiences continue to shape present reactions.
I also have experience facilitating groups focused on grounding, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
