I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults. I employ a warm and empathetic approach creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Dedicated to fostering personal growth and resilience, I utilize a blend of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and life traumas.
Our initial meeting we will start out getting to know each other to build report. Once my client feels comfortable with me I want to know about their concerns, reasons for seeking counseling, and what they hope to achieve. After that we will move on to personal history including mental health background. After trust and understanding have been established we will make a collaborative effort to set goals and expectations for the therapy sessions with objectives on how to achieve those goals.
