Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Wyoming, earned in 2011. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of individuals as they navigate through life and some challenging moments and struggles—including anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is straightforward, collaborative and goal-oriented. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each client. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My passion lies in helping people uncover their strengths, develop new perspectives, and build the resilience needed to move forward. Healing isn't linear, but with the right support, it is possible—and I’m here to help guide you through that process.
