Great to meet you!

If you're a young adult feeling stuck — overwhelmed by the pressure to have it all figured out, questioning your path, or shrinking back from the life you want — you're in the right place. I specialize in working with people navigating the messiness of emerging adulthood: the anxiety that makes socializing feel exhausting, the self-doubt that keeps you playing small, and the creeping sense that everyone else has it together but you. Together, we get to the root of what's keeping you stuck, build skills that actually hold up under pressure, and take real steps toward a life that feels like yours.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness — but the real through-line is helping you understand your own patterns. Why you pull back when connection feels close, why anxiety keeps you in your head instead of your life, why the "right" choice never feels obvious. Sessions are grounded and practical. I also weave in nature-based practices and creative expression when that resonates — because healing doesn't always happen in words alone.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly a conversation — I want to understand what's brought you here and what you're hoping changes. You don't have to have the right words or a clear story. We'll talk about what's been hard, what you've already tried, and what you're carrying. By the end, you'll have a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right fit. Most people leave feeling like they can breathe a little easier just from being heard.
