Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed clinical Social worker for 10 years, I am not here to judge anyone, but to be your belief and hope in something better until you can find yours. I have counseled/supported humans from every walk of life, with patience, willingness and open mindedness desired changes are always possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is person centered, I believe we all need help at times to recognize our own strengths an innate talents to get through the worst of times. I use various trauma therapies such as ART which is similar to EMDR, TFCBT, IFS. I am a fan of solution focused therapies, DBT and general CBT for personal and interpersonal conflicts such as addiction related problems I have worked with those who have experienced homelessness and incrassation, PTSD, veterans.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal and hope is for anyone who works with me, you will always leave a session feeling hopeful and confident. While we all desire at times love and validation from others, I hope to instill a sense of personal validation and self love that many of us struggle with.
