We all get stuck in life's journey, and sometimes we just need some help figuring out how to get "unstuck". My name is Carrie Evans. My goal with my clients is to walk away from every session learning about themselves and how to heal their own wounded spaces. I specialize in trauma, high levels of anxiety, and addictions. I received my Masters of Chemical Dependency Rehabilitation from Wright State University.

The approach I take is client centered, and I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, a Jungian based approach to assist people in exploring their emotional and thought life, digging deep into the spaces of emotional burdens, and assisting them to unburden these parts holding the pain.

Each session, my goal for my clients is they walk away learning something, and hopefully multiple things about themselves. I want to empower the client to be able to heal themselves.
