I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor but you might also call me a confidant or a wellness coach. With 13+ years of counseling experience, I’ve had the privilege to work in various levels of care such as inpatient, residential, crisis counseling, community-based services, outpatient counseling & more. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I work with people who seek clarity, peace, and long to live a balanced and whole life. Often clients I work with struggle with eating disorders, mood disorders like anxiety or depression, trauma & more. No matter what you’re struggling with, we’ll work together to find the best method that works for you.

My goal as your Counselor is to create a safe space for you on your journey. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your discomfort with me so instead of just coaching you from the other side, I can be there with you. I’m here to remind you you’re not alone.
