Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you work toward your therapeutic goals. My approach is prescriptive and tailored to your unique needs, often drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology to support growth and healing. I graduated from Michigan State University and completed my Master’s at Liberty University, and since then, I’ve enjoyed helping parents, teens, and adults manage anxiety and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Together, we’ll focus on building the tools and insights you need to move forward with resilience and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust and connection. Together, we set meaningful goals and create a supportive plan tailored to your needs. I walk alongside you as we put strategies into practice, focusing on healing and real-life application. Once you’ve reached your goals, I’ll help you build a personal toolbox of resources you can return to whenever you need them—so you feel confident and supported long after our work together.

What you can expect from me

After each session, I want my clients to feel supported and cared for—never judged. Over the course of our work, they often discover practical tools and lasting strategies that bring real change into their daily lives. Clients should expect to feel lighter, more grounded, and hopeful about the future. And if life shifts or new obstacles arise, they feel welcome circling back, knowing we have already established a comfortable and supportive environment to navigate challenges.
