Carrie Harris

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been providing mental health services since 2019. I have experience working with adolescents and their families in settings to include residential, correctional, community and outpatient. Most recently, I began to provide outpatient services to youth and adults with substance use disorders.

My therapy approaches are a combo of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing.

Within our first session, you can expect someone who will display and empathy, compassion, patience and strong communication and active listening skills.
