What you can expect from me

Set your expectations high for your first session.

Prepare to be truly seen, deeply heard, and fully understood.

When you’ve been trying to manage everything alone, life can start to feel like being lost at sea in the dark—no map, no signal, no clear direction. You’re doing your best to keep going, but you’re not sure where the shoreline is anymore.

Then something changes.

Your first counseling session is often like hearing the sound of rescue helicopters in the distance when you thought all hope was lost. It’s the surge of power returning after a long outage. It’s the moment your phone finally reconnects after miles on an isolated road and the GPS lights up again.

Suddenly, things begin to make sense.

You see clearly where you are, where you want to go, and the therapy steps that can get you there.

You will discover your own power to reduce negative physical and emotional states.

Hope returns. Direction returns. And you realize you don’t have to navigate this alone. If you have read this far, keep the momentum going and contact me to make an appointment or at least message me stating you are thinking it over.
