Great to meet you!

I know it can be daunting to take the first step toward improving your life or dealing with stress or symptoms, but I am happy to help you sort through your challenges in a therapeutic and empathetic way. I have 20+ years of experience working with people struggling with mental health and addiction issues, which gives me insight about your strengths and the challenges you face. Your trust in therapy is very important to me and I look forward to helping you start your recovery journey.

My approach to therapy

I use therapy modalities to meet each individual's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

I believe in evidenced-based care where you are aware of the progress you are making. In each session, we will discuss goals, progress made and exercises to complete between sessions. It is important that you feel like you are a part of the treatment planning process and have access to resources.
