Committed to whole-person health, I bring nearly 20 years experience in the behavioral health field to my clients. In addition to out patient experience I have extensive supervision experience helping clinicians and student interns grow in their roles as mental health professionals. I treat a wide variety of conditions using standardized measurements and evidence based therapies.

My approach to therapy

I am warm and affirming in session. I am able to provide key insights reflecting my understanding of each individual I works with. My specialties are disordered eating, trauma including attachment trauma, adult ADHD, and relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave your first session with hope knowing there is a plan in place. Guidance will be provided as the collaborative process of treatment planning occurs. Not only will I adapt to fit what you need from the therapy experience I will create an open feedback loop through frequent checkins to ensure your changing needs are addressed.
