Great to meet you!

I specialize in trauma recovery, including early childhood trauma, adult trauma, PTSD, military and first responder trauma, war and genocide survivor experiences, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship concerns, and marriage counseling. My approach is integrative, drawing from EMDR, CBT, CPT, solution-focused therapy, integrative medicine, and nutrition counseling to support the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and values.

With more than 15 years of clinical practice and 30 years of leadership experience in Corporate America, I bring a unique systems-informed perspective to counseling, consultation, communication, conflict resolution, organizational resilience, and leadership development. I understand the pressures faced by individuals, families, professionals, faith leaders, helping professionals, and high-performing teams navigating complex personal and organizational challenges.

I work with clients from all demographics and offer affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ clients, military-connected individuals and families, first responders, survivors of sexual assault, church leaders, and those connected to religious life. As a Christian counselor, I can integrate faith into counseling when desired by the client, while also honoring each person’s background, identity, and goals.

In addition to clinical counseling, I am an organizational psychotherapist, trainer, consultant, retreat facilitator, and business owner.

I am currently accepting new clients through self-pay and select insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Ascension SmartHealth, and Carleton Behavioral Health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is an integrative, trauma-informed model that combines evidence-based trauma therapies with cognitive, solution-focused, relational, mind-body, and optional Christian/faith-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

During the first session you can rely on a listening ear to decompress and receive empathy and compassion. If you are struggling with trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the weight of past experiences, I offer a compassionate, clinically grounded space for healing and growth as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and EMDR-certified clinician licensed in Texas. I provide teletherapy for adults ages 18 to 85 and i’m currently accepting new clients through self-pay and select insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Ascension SmartHealth, and Carleton Behavioral Health.
