Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Carrie—Licensed Professional Counselor, mother, former educator, and someone who understands that healing rarely moves in straight, predictable lines.

For more than 15 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals from all backgrounds who are carrying more than they know how to put into words—relationship struggles, emotional abuse, parenting challenges, major life changes, family conflict, trauma, anxiety, and the weight of trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

Therapy can help you reclaim direction, rebuild trust in yourself, and create a steadier internal foundation—even when life around you still feels chaotic or uncertain. My clients often come to me trying to heal from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, or move through major life transitions such as parenthood, relationship changes, separation or divorce, caregiving, or recovering from emotional or relational wounds. Many arrive feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns they’re ready to break free from. If you’re moving through a difficult relationship, a season of emotional overwhelm, or the lingering impact of past experiences. . . If you’re stepping into a new phase of life and wondering who you are now. . . you’re not alone, and you don’t have to sort through it by yourself.

As a mother, a former teacher, and a mental health professional who has worked in schools, community-based programs, outpatient treatment, and private practice, I understand the pressure of showing up for others while also trying to take care of your own emotional well-being.
