Great to meet you!

Welcome to Castleheart Counseling. If you're here, chances are something's not working anymore—or maybe it never really did. You're tired of pretending you're fine, exhausted by self-help clichés, and ready for something different. Good. That means you're ready.

Castleheart isn't about just talking in circles or nodding endlessly. We're about real talk, real change, and walking with you through the hard stuff with both heart and honesty. We bring deep empathy and a realistic approach to help you figure out how to live the rest of your life—on your terms.

Whether you’re navigating major transitions, old wounds that still sting, burnout, grief, or just that gnawing feeling that there has to be more, we're here for the next step of your journey. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need the courage to start asking better questions—and a guide who can help you hear yourself clearly again.

This is not your typical therapy. This is for those ready to face themselves with fierce honesty, human connection, and just the right mix of compassion and a push when you need it.

My approach to therapy

Castleheart blends depth psychology, narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic work, and a good dose of grounded realness. You won’t find one-size-fits-all here. You’ll find an ally, a fellow human, and someone who will challenge and support you in equal measure.

Let’s be honest: The old rules? They didn’t work. It’s time for a new way to live, love, and lead your own life.

Ready for the next step? Come get some compassion—with a push when you need it.

What you can expect from me

You’ll get honesty, warmth, and someone who truly listens—without judgment. I show up as a real person, not just a professional. That means I’ll sit with you in the hard stuff, ask the questions you’ve been avoiding, and help you make sense of things at your own pace.

Some days, you might need space to cry or fall apart. Other days, you might need someone to lovingly challenge your patterns and push you forward. You’ll get both here—compassion when you need to feel held, and a nudge (or a kick in the bum) when you’re ready to move.

Therapy with me isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming more you—honest, grounded, and free to live the rest of your life differently.
