Great to meet you!

Maybe you have sensed something was different but never had the words for it. Maybe you have been carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or other struggles that have made everyday life feel harder than it should. Or maybe you have wondered whether ADHD or Autism is part of your story. As a PhD, I conduct formal assessments for ADHD, Autism, and more. I also provide ongoing therapy so you leave with real tools for a more joyful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, thorough, warm, and direct. Clients often leave sessions with language for an experience that has felt misunderstood for far too long. From there, I draw on EMDR, insight-oriented work, CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring treatment to what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

You deserve to be taken seriously, truly heard, and met where you are. Most clients leave feeling relieved to finally have answers and hopeful about what comes next. If you’d like a clearer sense of who you are, real tools for moving forward, and renewed confidence in their future, schedule a free consultation. I’d be honored to help you!
