Great to meet you!
When life feels heavy, confusing, or harder to manage than it used to, having the right support can make all the difference. I began working in the mental health field 20 years ago after earning my undergraduate degree from Averett University, and later returned to school to earn my Master’s in Counseling from Old Dominion University. Over the course of my career, I have worked with a wide range of individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, crisis situations, and chronic stress. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a steady, compassionate space where you can feel understood, build coping skills, and begin working toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional well-being.
