Great to meet you!

I am an Indiana University graduate with a Masters in Social Work and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I am passionate about working with adults who are navigating all types of life struggles. My professional background includes specialized training in grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client centered. I believe in meeting people where they are by honoring their beliefs, background, and worldview. I believe my clients are already equipped with all the answers and I am here to help them unveil them.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to build rapport and establish trust so that I can help clients gain the strength to cope with the past, present, and future challenges. I also love to integrate a holistic approach to therapy which includes mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, and expressive arts.
