Great to meet you!

I've worked with the underprivileged, mentally ill and foster children. I was an outreach worker after the San Diego Wildfires of 2007. I am non-judgmental, and will meet you where you are at. I will walk with you to a place that is happier and healthier. I specialize in helping people leave organized religion.

My approach to therapy

I believe in empowering you, finding creative solutions together. I believe in finding and highlighting your strengths, and using these to help you heal. I also suffered trauma in my childhood, I understand and can pass on my knowledge of how to heal and become an assertive person.

What you can expect from me

You will feel, after a session with me, relief and free and empowered to move forward in your life.
