Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate emotional challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness. I hold certifications in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), two evidence-based approaches that support emotional regulation and trauma processing.

I earned my master’s degree in counseling and have continued to expand my training through advanced work in trauma, mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches. My practice is trauma-informed, eclectic, and client-centered—meaning I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing from multiple modalities to support your growth.

I specialize in working with adults and teens who are dealing with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward lasting change and healing.

My approach to therapy

My style as a therapist is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I show up with curiosity and compassion, and I work to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I take an eclectic, trauma-informed approach, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods based on what best fits your needs in the moment. Depending on your goals, our work might include skill-building, nervous system regulation, inner child or parts work, or deeper trauma processing.

I'm certified in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I often integrate these modalities to help clients manage distress, build emotional resilience, and process unresolved trauma. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or change, my role is to walk alongside you with support and structure as you move toward a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

The goals we set will depend on what you’re hoping to change or better understand. That might mean reducing distress, improving relationships, healing from trauma, or reconnecting with your sense of self. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be real—where growth can happen at your pace, with support and structure along the way.
