Great to meet you!

If you are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, or the everyday weight of stress and change, you are in the right place. I am a licensed counselor with more than 20 years of experience, and I bring both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every session. I would love to help you feel heard, build real skills, and create lasting change. Let us start that conversation.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): we explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, then practice shifting the patterns that keep you stuck. I also draw on ACT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, adapting each session to what you need most. Therapy with me tends to feel structured and practical. You will not just talk about problems. You will leave each session with concrete tools you can use before we meet again.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, and it's completely normal to have questions or feel uncertain. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. During this session, we'll talk about what brings you to counseling, your current concerns, and your personal history. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals for therapy. This is also your chance to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from counseling, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.
