Great to meet you!

It is my hope to assist children, teens and families toward healthy mind, body and spirit to allow for peace and joy in daily life and interactions. In my work in schools, treatment centers, and communities I have gathered experience in serving individuals working through anxiety, learning challenges, trauma, chronic disease and in healing as part of the adoption triad.

My approach to therapy

I apply personal strategies aligned to client's spiritual beliefs and personality profile using various techniques from CBT, IFS, Mindsight, Poly-vagal, and Person and family centered therapies.

What you can expect from me

We will build on strategies for calming and overall health; while releasing trauma and aiming toward healing of generational trauma and correction of false beliefs. Strategies for daily practice and insight for use in family or relationships are often part of the process.
