I'm a RegisteredPlay Therapist & mom of 3 boys and 3 step-sons! We all need a little help sometimes and that's ok. After SU I continued my therapy education through intense trainings in Multicultural Systemic Therapy (Dr. Ken Hardy, LMFT), Suicide Safer Care (NYSOMH), and Play Therapy. I am Certified in AutPlay Therapy, a neurodiversity affirming family-based play therapy. I have worked in school-based play therapy for several years. I love working with children and their families to create loving, lasting connections.

I believe all people have the capacity for greatness and healing already within them. Children, especially! I am fascinated by our brains and how they work so I bring this affirming stance to my practice. Let's learn how your/your child's neurodiversity is a wonderful asset and heal together!

Children will be able to name, recognize, and verbalize their emotions. I teach people how to say how they feel and ask for what they need in clear and appropriate ways. I will also help parents hone their skills in parenting and communication to foster strong bonds and facilitate growth.
