Great to meet you!

In my 15 years in the field I have gained a wide variety of experience with general mental health issues including anxiety and depression. I have a specialization in ADHD and have extensive experience working with nuerodivergent individuals. In addition, I work extensively with the LGBTQ+ community including working through gender identity and writing letters for gender affirming surgeries/HRT. I also welcome any parents or partners of LGBTQ+ folks!

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I take a systems based approach to help every individual understand how their experiences in this world have had an impact on them. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs. I strive to ensure a safe and non-judgmental space and always want to make sure we are working on what feels most important to you during our sessions.
