Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating the impacts of complex trauma. Complex trauma can occur as a result of violence in the home, relationships, education & other community environments, workplace, & systemic oppression.

I hold an Ed.M. in College Student Development & Counseling from Northeastern University, & an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University. I'm also a licensed Restorative Practices trainer & currently studying at the C.G. Jung Institute of New England.

My approach to therapy

I take an in-depth, trauma-informed psychodynamic approach to therapy that feels accessible and relational in nature. With an in-depth approach to therapy, I strive to create a safe space for clients as they process difficult emotions, identify patterns, dismantle shame blockages, and repair intrapersonal trust.

My approach to therapy works well for those who are seeking a deeper exploration of themselves and the world around them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect me to be compassionate, curious, and highly attentive as I begin to know you at a pace that feels right for you.

If you are seeking a therapist who can guide you through the complexities of trauma, relationships, and personal growth while prioritizing empathy and understanding, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
