Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ocd, PTSD, sleep disorders, ADHD (non stimulant approaches) or challenges associated with Autism. I specialize in working with adults with Autism. My practice combines evidence-based medication management. I take a holistic approach that considers your emotional, physical, and social well-being. For neurodivergent individuals, I recognize the importance of understanding sensory needs, communication styles, and executive functioning challenges, and I tailor care to help you thrive.

My approach to therapy

I believe care works best when it feels like a partnership. I take time to listen deeply and understand who you are, your goals, strengths, and challenges, then create a treatment plan that’s realistic and empowering. I blend medication management with supportive therapy, and adapt my style to meet the unique needs of each patient, including those with ADHD or Autism. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools that improve daily life and functioning. * Note- my follow ups are 30 minutes- I encourage patients to seek a regular therapist for deeper work

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a conversation that feels thoughtful and thorough. I’ll ask about your history, current symptoms, and goals for care, but also about your strengths, supports, and values. I want to understand how your experiences with anxiety, mood, ADHD, autism, or trauma affect your daily life. Together we’ll identify treatment options and create a collaborative plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle strategies. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about your next steps.
