Welcome, I am so glad you are here taking this step in your therapy journey. Finding a therapist that aligns with your needs is crucial step in this process and it is my hope that sharing more about me, can further guide you in this step. First and foremost, I possess a Master's in Psychology and have a license in Marriage and Family therapy. I am trained in EMDR (Eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and specialize in working with trauma and trauma related conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and trauma-informed. I believe it is imperative to effectiveness of this work, that you feel safe and supported in this space. I do my best to ensure that my approach and your needs are good fit from the beginning of work together. I draw upon my training, experience, and skills in working with trauma and EMDR to get to the root of your symptoms, and developing a path forward with a new set of strategies in life.
