Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor and I enjoy working with individuals to help them understand their struggles and their strengths. I have been practicing since 2010 and help clients with everyday mental health wellness and stressors as well as anxiety/depression, relationship issues, trauma and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach and use a variety of tools to help my clients, including cbt, solution focused techniques, interpersonal therapy and educational tools. Ultimately, I believe working with my clients as a team and going at their pace using non-judgmental counseling and education is the best formula.

What you can expect from me

From our first session together, I want to hear my client's story and build a trusting, therapeutic relationship. With my professional experience and open-minded approach, I give my clients tools to achieve their goals, while providing a safe and client focused environment.
