Great to meet you!

I like to consider myself a present-day therapist in which I aspire to encourage my clients to bring their experiences and lifestyles to therapy as it will give an insight to what they may be going through. I am a laid back therapist that does not believe in using clinical jargon “just because”. I value creating a space in which clients can feel empowered to finally restore and rebuild. I encourage all clients to be openminded to the process and to go where their feelings may take them.

My approach to therapy

As a trained clinical professional, I value using the core principles of autonomy, trust and promoting the well-being of others. My therapeutic style is influenced by a range of theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and looking at mental wellness through a holistic approach.

What you can expect from me

Everyone comes from different walks of life, including myself . By using culturally inclusive methods in my approach, my goal is to nurture all thoughts and feelings, inspire all to change maladaptive patterns and behaviors, and elevate clients to reach a place of self-actualization.
