Great to meet you!

I have 10 years of extensive training, education, and knowledge in providing mental health services to a wide variety of individuals with various unique backgrounds. My current clinical focus surrounds those of young adults experiencing significant life transitions: i.e. college, graduate school, early career, interpersonal & relationship, career changes, and adjustment concerns. My specialty areas are treating athletes (professional, college, and high school), eating disorders/body image concerns, anxiety/panic, adjustment, and identity development.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through an egalitarian lens in which treatment is a collaborative effort. I maintain the understanding that the client is the expert of their own life, and I strive to help clients attain confidence and motivation that they are capable of making meaningful change to improve various aspects of their life.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, my goal is to help client's identify specific treatment goals, then utilize tailored therapeutic interventions to facilitate improvement in their overall functioning.
