Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, from Pacifica Graduate Institute. My clinical experience began in a residential treatment center in Tucson, AZ, where I supported clients navigating Co-Occurring Disorders. While accruing hours toward licensure, I worked within the Ojai Unified School District as a psychotherapist, providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents in grades K–12.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution-oriented therapist, which means I believe meaningful transformation arises from both willingness and intentional action. My approach focuses on helping clients clarify what is no longer serving them and developing practical, sustainable strategies to create change. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, explore the roots of what feels “stuck,” and shift into alternative perspectives and behaviors that support growth, resilience, and a more fulfilling life experience. My goal is to empower clients with tools they can actively implement, both in and outside of session, to optimize their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

A warm smile, an invitation for connection, and rapport building. Collectively, I aim to create a safe container to explore if we are a good fit.
