Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Carrissa Pannuzzo, MA, LPC, founder and therapist at Ezer Counseling and Coaching, LLC. I’m a warm, engaged, and straightforward therapist who uses a client-centered, somatic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to help clients move toward greater health, healing, and wholeness. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and neurodiversity, relationship issues, grief, abuse recovery, life transitions, Christian counseling, and religious trauma. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and bring experience as a speaker, educator, consultant, and content creator to my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, engaged, honest, and deeply relational. I use a client-centered, strengths-based, somatic, and trauma-informed approach, integrating therapies such as Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting to help clients gently explore the deeper patterns, wounds, and experiences that may be keeping them stuck. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodiversity, relational concerns, grief, sexual issues, existential questions, and spiritual or religious trauma. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe enough to become curious about themselves while also being supported, challenged, and empowered toward greater health, peace, and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

Our initial sessions will consist of getting to know each other and what brings you into counseling. We'll create goals together and begin a plan for moving forward. I like to make the first sessions practical by giving my initial thoughts and offering something to work on until the next session.
