My focus on is mindfulness-based therapy which is an approach that emphasizes the practice of mindfulness as a means of improving mental well-being and promoting psychological healing. I strongly believes there is an unrelenting connection between the body and mind.

Clients can expect a safe and supportive environment. I offer empathy, show genuine understanding and compassion for the client's experiences, their emotions, and challenges. This creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore/express their thoughts and feelings.
