Great to meet you!

I have experience working with clients between the ages of 5-65 and am comfortable treating a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, grief, women’s issues, trauma, & PTSD. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from multiple modalities to fit your needs such as Complicated Grief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and Person-Centered theories. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues in a variety of populations and look forward to helping you find a better path forward

A bit about my approach to therapy

I create an open and welcoming environment in our sessions. I strive to meet my clients where they are at. I will work with you on acknowledging your wants and needs. From there, we will prioritize goals and begin to develop a plan to achieve said goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Depression and anxiety can be difficult to manage alone and reaching out for help is a great first step to improvement. You can expect our first session to be a mixture of a "meet and greet" and a personal history session. I’ll ask about your current struggles, background, and what you’d like to change. I encourage you to reach out today to get started.
