Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe that prioritizing mental health is a key component of overall health and success in life. I strongly value the importance of a strong therapeutic connection, as feeling comfortable and supported by your provider is one of the most important factors in successful treatment. One of my primary goals as a Clinical Psychologist is to help clients better understand themselves so they can more effectively work through life’s challenges. I work with adolescents and young adults and am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to you as an individual, honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel safe to communicate openly and be fully yourself. As our work together evolves, I use an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. My goal is to partner with you to build practical skills, gain clarity, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space where the focus is on getting to know you and your story. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. I prioritize creating a compassionate, supportive relationship where you feel safe to be open, curious, and vulnerable at your own pace. Together, we will start building insight and direction so you can move toward meaningful growth and becoming the best version of yourself.
