Great to meet you!

Maybe you’ve gotten good at surviving anxiety, depression, trauma, masking, rejection, or feeling like you never quite fit. At Ascension Point, I offer warm, affirming therapy for LGBTQ+, trans, non-binary, and neurodivergent clients ready for more than just coping. My approach is shaped by the Ascension Atlas, a whole-person framework that helps us explore your relationships, emotions, well-being, purpose, and possibilities. Together, we’ll find your next foothold, build on what already makes you resilient, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and genuinely yours.

As a queer, transgender clinician, I provide a safe, affirming space for anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity exploration. My flexible, warm approach blends CBT, mindfulness, play, and creative techniques to honor your story and help you grow with confidence.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re exhausted from surviving, searching for belonging, exploring who you are, or simply ready for something to change, you deserve a space where you can show up fully. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and help you discover what comes next.

My approach to therapy

I support clients exploring gender, sexuality, and identity while navigating trauma or experiences of rejection. Using playful, creative, and integrative methods, therapy becomes a journey of discovery, building resilience, confidence, and a stronger connection to your authentic self. My ideal client may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or past trauma and is searching for a safe, affirming space to explore their experiences. They may be questioning identity, navigating transitions, or struggling with belonging, especially if they are LGBTQ+, transgender, non-binary, neurodivergent, or facing systemic barriers. They want to feel accepted and supported while gaining tools to manage stress, build resilience, and heal. Together, we work toward feeling grounded, authentic, and confident, moving beyond survival into a life of joy, peace, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is an adventure in self-discovery. Using play, creative expression, and nature, we explore your experiences. I integrate DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and strengths-based techniques virtually to help you grow with curiosity and confidence.
