Great to meet you!

I have a background of training in mindfulness, meditation, and the intentional and therapeutic use of psychedelics. I have worked in a variety of settings including intensive outpatient and inpatient treatment for a variety of issues-eating disorders, substance abuse, end of life care. My graduate training was in Contemplative Psychotherapy at Naropa University. I identify as a queer woman, and love to work with clients on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as relational and collaborative. My role is to hold a space in which you feel safe enough to connect with your own inner world in a way that leads to a deeper connection with your authenticity and inherent wisdom. It is a space to work with the messy and painful experiences we encounter as humans, and to work towards feeling more whole and connected.

What you can expect from me

I approach our sessions in an organic way, and invite clients to do the same. I do not have an agenda about where we will go, and find that when there is open space, what needs to be worked with will naturally arise.
