Great to meet you!

I specialize in therapy for individual clients struggling with symptoms and difficulties related to neurodivergence, with extensive training and experience with individuals on the autism spectrum. I also have extensive experience in treating clients undergoing symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic approach utilizes context-appropriate techniques from CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and ACT disciplines.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy rests on a foundation of understanding. I believe that therapeutic modalities are obsolete without a practitioner that cannot treat their clients with patience, tolerance, and empathy, which I strive to create with my clients.

What you can expect from me

First sessions with clients often involve a thorough exploration of the individual's background, followed by as comprehensive an understanding of the client's presenting issues as is possible to explore in less than an hour. Importantly, however, I also want to ensure that I know what you enjoy, what you have passions for, and what your daily life looks like, and how these relate to your goals for moving forward in therapy and in life.
