Caryl Duvall

I received my Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix and my Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies at Utah Valley University.

I am Clinical Mental Health Counselor and 10-year Certified Family Life Educator with extensive experience in trauma-informed care, relationships, family dynamics, functional integrative mental health approaches and emotional well-being. She specializes in childhood trauma, anxiety, faith transitions, divorce recovery, addictive behaviors, parenting, and partner relationships.

I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), child-centered play therapy with additional certifications including Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), Certified Mediator, and Certified Clinical Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CIMHP). Certified Clinical Supervisor.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through practical therapeutic tools that foster healing, resilience, and greater life satisfaction. Healing trauma one chapter and part at a time, clients find relief and balance. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, music, and spending time with family.

The first session you can find understanding and warm with a different approach than what has been experienced before.
