Great to meet you!

Life's journey can sometimes lead us to places of confusion, despair, or stagnation. If you're grappling with feelings of uncertainty, hopelessness, or finding yourself in the grip of worries and self-doubt, remember that you don't have to navigate this path alone. I'm here to guide you through these challenges and support you in finding your way back to hope, empowerment, and growth. My expertise includes supporting parents of neurodivergent children, especially those on the autism spectrum.

My approach to therapy

Having a child on the autism spectrum has provided me with a distinctive perspective on embracing and unlocking your child's potential. I am well-versed in guiding families through the aftermath of a diagnosis, helping parents connect with their neurodivergent children, providing support to siblings, and addressing the specific dynamics that arise within families of neurodivergent children. My expertise extends to anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

What you can expect from me

Nurturing, kind, empathetic, and patient – these are the hallmarks of my therapeutic style. I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space, where you will be heard, respected, and validated. Meeting you where you are and proceeding at your pace, my goal is to empower you with hope and foster personal growth. I equip my clients with vital coping skills and strategies, enabling them to cultivate confidence, gain insights, and nurture a sense of hope.
