Great to meet you!

Hi!

I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for over 20 years. I have experience working with anxiety disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, thought disorders, and developmental concerns.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and respected. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and solution-focused — meaning I work with the whole person and work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, explore challenges, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you're navigating stress, emotional pain, or personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, care, and practical tools.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges at their own pace. My work is client-centered, meaning client goals and values guide the therapeutic process. I take a holistic view of well-being, considering the mind, body, and environment, and use a solution-focused approach to help clients build on strengths and create meaningful change. Healing starts with feeling heard — and together, we’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is all about getting to know each other and setting the foundation for a supportive, collaborative relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll also share more about how I work and what you can expect moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we go at your pace. The focus is on creating a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and respected from the very beginning.
